• Activation: The SIM/eSIM shall be activated on the travel start date subject to KYC requirement and shall start working as soon as you reach Europe
• Installation Process: Automatic by scanning the QR code or by manually entering the SMDP address along with the activation code  
• Delivery of physical SIM: The product will be dispatched within 1 working day of placing the order. It usually takes 2-4 days to be delivered.
• Delivery of eSIM: Instant, as it is delivered on the email ID provided
• Documentation Requirement: KYC as per DOT guidelines
• Compatibility of Devices: The Physical SIM card is compatible with any 3G/4G phone that is being used in India. For using an eSIM, you must have an eSIM compatible phone.
• Fair Usage Policy: Our eSIM plan provides unlimited data throughout the agreed-upon duration. However, the network provider may exercise their prerogative to implement a Fair Usage Policy to ensure optimal network performance for all users.
