• Activation: The SIM/eSIM shall be activated on the travel start date subject to KYC requirement and shall start working as soon as you reach USA
• Installation Process: Automatic by scanning the QR code or by manually entering the SMDP address along with the activation code  
• Delivery of physical SIM: The product will be dispatched within 1 working day of placing the order. It usually takes 2-4 days to be delivered.
• Delivery of eSIM: eSIM shall be delivered one day before the travel date mentioned
• Documentation Requirement: KYC as per DOT guidelines
• Handset compatibility: The US SIM card is compatible with phones supporting Band 2 (1900 Mhz) and Band 4 (1700/2100 Mhz) on 4G/LTE. Please check your phone compatibility before purchase.  For using an eSIM, you must have an eSIM enabled phone.
• Fair Usage Policy: Our eSIM plan provides unlimited data throughout the agreed-upon duration. However, the network provider may exercise their prerogative to implement a Fair Usage Policy to ensure optimal network performance for all users.
