I had purchased an e-sim for my wife, for her to be cellphone ready when she arrived in Norway. To my delight, it was very easy for her to be on line, as soon as she landed in Oslo. This sorted a lot of trouble for me.
I would like to suggest your team to add instruction in your initial welcome mail to your customers - "Turn on Data Roaming once the local Cellphone Service is established". Upon arrival, I had lack of data service in USA last year, because of this. Of course I received an SMS later on. But this time, my wife was able to start the service immediately.
I look forward to subscribe to your services in future with satisfaction.
