• Shipping for a physical SIM card: In case of a physical SIM card, the product is dispatched on the same day if the order is placed before 4 pm on a working day. For orders placed after 4 pm or on a non-working day, it is dispatched on the next working day.

  ESIM delivery: In case an eSIM order, the eSIM is sent to the registered email id of the customer within 4 hours of placing the order.

• Activation: The SIM card shall be pre-activated and shall start working as soon as you reach Australia.
