1. Passport

• Provide the last six months' bank statement with a minimum maintained balance of ₹75,000 per adult, signed and attested by a bank official.
• If self-employed, the company’s six-month bank statement is also required.
• All bank statements must be dated within the last week.
• If the trip is sponsored, include:
• A cover letter from both the company and travel agency, detailing all names with passport numbers, travel plans, and places of stay.
• The company’s attested bank statement and business registration documents.

4. Flight Tickets

• Confirmed/booked round-trip flight tickets to Thailand.
• It is recommended to book refundable tickets in case the visa application is rejected.

5. Accommodation

• Confirmed hotel voucher with the hotel address and contact details under the applicant’s name.
• Refundable hotel bookings are recommended.
• If staying with a relative or friend, provide their local address in Thailand, a copy of their ID proof, and an invitation letter.

6. Invitation

• If staying with Thai relatives or friends, submit:
• An invitation letter.
• A copy of their Thai ID proof.
• If they are not Thai nationals, include their valid visa, work permit (valid for at least six months), and passport copy.

7. Covering Letter

• For group travel, submit a cover letter detailing all names with passport numbers, travel plans, and places of stay.

8. Income Tax Returns (ITR)

• Employed applicants must provide the last one year’s income tax return assessment.
• If unable to provide ITR, submit either a salary slip or a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the employer.
