1. Passport

• Valid for 6 months beyond the last intended date of departure from Lebanon
• Should contain at least 2 blank visa pages
• Should have no alteration or handwritten amendments in the data pages

2. Photograph

• Two recent colored passport size photographs (35 mm wide by 45 mm high without border) and taken within the last 3 months
• Applicant full face must be clearly visible without any headgear taken against a plain white background

3. Proof of sufficient funds for undertaking travel

• Applicant needs to provide last 6 months bank statement or above signed and attested by a bank official
• In case applicant is self employed then company's 6 month bank statement is also required
• All bank statements must be dated within the last 1 week

4. Flight Ticket

• Applicant needs to provide confirmed/booked round trip flight tickets to Lebanon

5. Accommodation

• Applicant must provide confirmed Hotel Voucher

6. Invitation

• A Covering letter from the Applicant on A4 Size Paper (if Employed) or else on Business Letter Head (if Self Employed)

8. NOC

• NOC from employer (if employed) along with ID card copy / Business card

9. GST Copy

• If Self Employed then applicant need to provide a GST copy

10. Pan card
