Shipping for a physical SIM card: In the case of a physical SIM card, the product is dispatched on the same day if the order is placed before 4 pm on a working day. For orders placed after 4 pm or on a non-working day, it is dispatched on the next working day.
ESIM delivery: In case of an eSIM order, the eSIM is sent to the registered email id of the customer within 4 hours of placing the order.

- Phone number: The SIM comes with a UK based (+44) mobile number. The data-only plans may be without a mobile number.

Activation: The SIM card shall be pre-activated and shall start working as soon as you reach France
- Compatibility: The Physical SIM card is compatible with any 3G/4G phone that is being used in India. For using an eSIM, you must have an eSIM compatible phone.
- Fair usage policy: There is a fair usage policy on calls to India wherein after 1000 minutes of usage, usage gets blocked.

Receive SIM/eSIM
Your physical SIM card will be delivered to the address you provided during the order process via courier. If you opted for an eSIM, you will receive an email with a QR code and installation instructions for your device.
Complete KYC
As per the DOT guidelines, it is important to complete KYC for every user of the SIM/eSIM. In the order confirmation email, you will receive a link to upload your documents. Please complete your KYC by uploading the documents.
Activated
After successful KYC verification, the Matrix system will automatically activate your SIM card. You will receive an email confirmation once your SIM is activated and ready to use. This process generally take 10 min after the KYC.
