I ordered the matrix SIM for my recent visit to Dubai. I placed the order online prior to my travel. I took help from the customer service locally - from Ms. Soniya Sachwani.
She provided me all info prior to my purchase and true to what she explained, the entire process of getting the sim activated as soon as I landed, was very smooth and seamless. I surely recommend the product for anyone travelling overseas and do not wish to activate international roaming on their existing sim. Special thanks to Ms. Soniya for her excellent support.

I would like to take this moment to thank you for all the support and help you provided on behalf of MATRIX Sim services for my travel to Thailand.
I would also like to state that this was my first international travel, and I was really worried about how I was going to be in contact with my family members. I knew Matrix does provide international sim cards, but with no knowledge of its procedure, I called the Matrix helpline and with grace of god I got connected to you 🙂. After that everything went so smoothly, from buying the sim, getting it delivered within 24 hrs. and it automatically got activated once I reached Thailand.

I was planning to travel to the US for a long vacation. I was very confused while selecting the SIM. One of my cousins suggested buying Matrix SIM. And it turns out to be a very good choice. It has strong signals almost everywhere. Also, it lets me be connected with my loved ones without worrying about burning a hole in my pocket.

I used a Matrix SIM card for an event streaming in Greece. Worked seamlessly and without ant network issues.Highly recommend for working professionals flying abroad frequently.
